Scope
Each service is delivered as described on its page or in a written proposal. Anything not listed is out of scope and quoted separately.
Payments
One-time items are charged at checkout. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars; applicable tax may be added.
Cancellation
Cancel a monthly plan any time before your next billing date; it won't renew. Unused monthly deliverables don't roll over.
Refunds
If we can't begin work on a paid order, we refund it in full. Once work has started, refunds are considered case by case based on work completed.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery times start when we've received everything we need from you. Each package includes the revision rounds listed; extra revisions can be quoted.
Your content
You confirm you have the rights to any photos, footage, logos and text you supply. You own your final deliverables once paid in full.
AI-assisted work
Some videos use AI-assisted motion created from still images. These are stylized and may not perfectly represent the real property. AI receptionist services depend on third-party vendors and can make mistakes or be interrupted.
Third parties and ad spend
Ad spend, software subscriptions, phone and messaging usage are paid by you unless included in writing. Platforms may reject or restrict ads under their own policies.
