Information we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect what you enter: name, email, optional phone, business or property details, budget range and your message. When you pay, our payment processor collects billing details; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals, deliver purchased services, send receipts and service messages, and improve the site.
Customer media
Photos, footage and brand assets you send remain yours. We use them only to produce your deliverables and, with your written permission, to show the work in our portfolio.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, payments and site chat. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Communication consent
We'll only text you if you've agreed to it. For AI receptionist and SMS services we deliver for clients, we help configure required disclosures, call-recording notices and opt-in/opt-out handling before launch.
Advertising and analytics
If we enable analytics or ad tracking on this site, we'll update this notice and any required cookie choices first.
Retention and deletion
Inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Email us to request a copy or deletion of your information.
