How billing works
- One-time items are charged once at checkout. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Cancel a monthly plan any time before your next billing date by emailing us; it won't renew.
- Ad spend, phone/messaging usage and third-party software are paid separately unless included in writing.
- If we can't start work on a paid order, we'll refund it in full. Once work has started, refunds are handled case by case.
- Package prices are introductory and may change for new customers; your agreed price stays the same for your current scope.
